Refund Policy

At Elite Realty Transactions, we are committed to delivering reliable, detail-driven transaction coordination services that keep your business moving forward. Because our services begin as soon as intake is received and time-sensitive tasks are initiated, we maintain the following refund policy:

Digital Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our work and the time invested upfront, all coordination services are non-refundable once work has begun on a file. This includes any checklist creation, communication with parties, or document review performed on your behalf.

If you submitted an intake form and wish to cancel before any work has been started, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us with your file name and reason for cancellation.

Partial Refunds & Credits

In rare cases where work has started but the file is canceled early (e.g., a contract falls through), we may offer a partial credit toward a future file at our discretion. This will depend on the time invested and tasks completed prior to cancellation.

Credits are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Vendor Services & Add-Ons

Refunds for third-party services (such as rush add-ons, marketing tasks, or optional client dashboard features) are subject to their individual terms and cannot be guaranteed through our platform once activated or scheduled.
