3. How do I submit a new transaction?
Log into your Elite Realty Transactions dashboard. Select your transaction type, complete the intake form, and link your Dotloop file or upload documents manually.
4. What platforms do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with Dotloop, and we’re expanding to include DocuSign Rooms and Skyslope soon. We also provide client dashboards through our website, where agents and clients can track progress, upload documents, and communicate with their coordinator.
5. How will I know my transaction is being handled?
You’ll receive real-time status updates, alerts for missing or non-compliant items, and reminders for critical dates. You can also log in anytime to view your transaction timeline, checklist status, and chat with your coordinator.
6. What happens if a document is non-compliant?
We’ll flag the item, send it back with clear correction notes, and allow you or your client to upload the corrected version directly. We won’t move forward until the item is corrected or addressed.
7. Do you work with third-party vendors (inspectors, title, etc.)?
Yes. Vendors can be looped into communication threads via your client dashboard. They’ll be able to message your TC directly and access relevant documents or instructions if authorized.
8. How do I track important dates like option expiration or closing?
Every transaction comes with a built-in calendar synced to your dashboard. You’ll get automated reminders for option periods, financing deadlines, appraisal dates, and closings.
9. Is your service compliant with HAR and Texas contract rules?
Absolutely. Our processes are built around Texas-specific compliance standards and HAR norms. Each file is reviewed for brokerage-specific and legal compliance before final approval.
